About Indian Leaders Forum

The Indian Leaders Forum (ILF) is a platform dedicated to nurturing informed, ethical, and
future-ready leadership in India’s public and political spaces. We believe that real change begins
with understanding, listening to people’s stories, decoding their aspirations, and transforming
that insight into meaningful communication and policy action. At ILF, we work to bridge the gap
between citizens and decision-makers through dialogue, research, and storytelling. Our
initiatives bring together young thinkers, communicators, and changemakers who want to shape
a more inclusive and participatory political culture.
The field we work in is policy-impact assessment through digital content, blending research,
storytelling, and on-ground experience to bridge the gap between people and policy. Every
piece of content we create is backed by thorough research, data analysis, and lived
experiences, allowing us to decode public sentiment and translate it into meaningful insights.
Our approach combines digital communication, field understanding, and behavioural
insight to capture what people think, feel, and hope for, turning public opinion into informed
perspectives that can shape the policy narrative. In doing so, we aim to make governance more
accessible, transparent, and participatory in an era where digital platforms are redefining how
citizens engage with democracy.

Our Mission

The Indian Leaders Forum exists to build a culture of leadership rooted in awareness,
empathy, and action. Our mission is to create spaces where young Indians can engage
meaningfully with governance, politics, and public life, not as distant observers, but as active
participants shaping the narrative in a digital age. We strive to make political understanding
accessible, nuanced, and people-centric. By combining grassroots research, creative
communication, and informed dialogue, we aim to redefine how public discourse is shaped in
India, from the local to the national level. ILF’s mission is to make politics more relatable,
accessible, and human. By giving voice to the people who shape India’s democracy every day,
we aim to inspire a generation that not only observes change, but helps define it.
The Chintan Fellowship by the Indian Leaders Forum is more than a program, it’s a journey
into the soul of Bengal. We seek to empower and engage young people not just in
nation-building, but in reconnecting with their roots, offering a one-of-a-kind experience that
gives them and their communities a platform to voice their opinions in this new era of
digitalisation.
